Angry Keeps checking disk:(

Last months my WindowsXP often checks the disk while booting.
I'm sure it's not because something crashed, or Windows didn't shutdown correctly.
It doesn't find any errors, except: "4kb in damaged sectors"

Can this be the cause of it?

I've reformatted my disk multiple times since the scandisk startet, but nothing worked
