Kazaa COnnection

hi all

i have a small probem, i cannot connect to kazaa, i have tried lite and the norall spyware version, both start up and say connecting in the bottom right corner and stays like this

i have nortons firwall running in the back ground but even if i turn it off it will not connect, the rest of the internet stuff all works (even things like emule)

Did this work previously? How is your internet connection setup? Are you using dial-up, cable, DSL? If you have a high speed connection, do you have a gateway/router involved?
