jungle pinball problem

hi, I am new to this forum. Can someone please tell me what to do. I have downloaded Disneys Hot shots Pinball game via CD. I used it succesfully for a while then got frustrated and accidently stuffed it up. now when i try to play the game a message box comes up that says "divide by zero attempted"
and an OK button which closes the game down. How do i solve this problem . I have tried to contact the vendors and the online web.page but no go.
can anyone help

uninstall/re install

Debaser, I of course tried that but to no avail. yes the option to uninstall is there so i did. Then I started from scratch but the same box keeps coming up.
Does anyone know what "divide by zero" was attempted; means?

try uninstalling->deleting the game's folders->reinstalling..
it can help..
