Default Javascript in IE7

How do I get Javascript to work in IE7? I've searched Google and only find cryptic answers. Also have gone into Internet Options and tweaks things around, but couldnt get anything to work.

Anybody have a solution?

Thanks!

Have you tried just right clicking on a web page and selecting View Source?

Thanks for your response, but I dont understand. Whenever I try to access something like youtube videos, I get the following msg:

"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Get the latest flash player."

I know that I have Flash Player, but cant figure out how to turn on Javascript. I went through all the internet options and turned everything on.

Thanks.

Go to

http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...ShockwaveFlash
http://java.sun.com/

Make sure you have these 3 installed. The Shockwave and Flash are close but they are not the same thing. Sometimes it seems like it would be a flash movie but it could be shockwave.
