Default JAVANAVIGATOR caused an invalid page fault in

Hi All,
While compiling java programs(jdk, visual cafe doesn't matter) I get the following error messages

I have windows xp installed on my computer and have tried reinstalling it many times, but the error doesn't go away. BUT when my vendor, changed the MOTHERBOARD keeping everything else the same, the it works perfectly. I have intel's original motherboard on my computer. PLEASE HELP.

sound like you may need the java virtual machine. i had the same problem, and after installing the virtual machine it works fine!!! download it from

Well, if it works on a different motherboard, perhaps you need a BIOS update. Check intels website for your motherboard version and see if an update is available.
