Okay? Have you un-installed and re-installed iTunes? Have you thought of using a better application like Anapod explorer?

It's because something wasn't set right for iTunes when the video was encoded. Did you download these videos from somewhere, or did you encode these yourself, and if so, what did you use?

use nero recode to encode it right, if they aren't in the right format. then add the file with anapod explorer and ditch itunes
