I'm working for an insurance company and one of my customers is having some issues with a file format and I can't find the answer.
The problem is that the cosumer recieves documents on a web site in a file format we don't use. he tried on a different computer (not hir own) and file format was right, but when he is on his own computer, the file format is not the same.
Normal one: .dot
The one we don't use: .dotx (because of compatibility with our programs)
I think there is something in the browser (Explorer 11) that change the .dot to .dotx because there is no issues with another computer who is on the same network.
