Issue with my PC

Hello guys. I am having an issue with my PC's performance. It is about 3-4 years old now and I'm struggling to just navigtate around my PC, sometimes it just randomly freezes or tabs won't open instantly as I click on them. I also get an error message which says "A7x6222 has stopped working." with a picture of a CD. Does anybody know what this is? I'm also struggling to play online games as it will freeze for about 10-60 seconds sometimes and this effects how I play. I seem to be able to run the games fine, just the freezing is weird. I've run virus scans and it says my PC is clean, but sometimes chrome will open 2 websites randomly which has never happened before... I've removed all the random search engine from the chrome setting also. Thanks guys!

Also, what software did you use to run virus scans with?

Would probably be a good idea to run a disk check on your HDD as well:
Start -> type 'cmd' (without quotes) -> right click -> run as admin -> in the console window that pops up type:
chkdsk C: /f /r
Press Enter and it will say it cannot lock the current drive and to run on next reboot. Type Y and hit Enter -> Reboot your computer and let it run through the check (it may take some time, depending on how big your HDD is).

I used AD-Aware, Spybot search and destroy and Microsoft Security Essentials.
I don't really know that much about computers, but I hope this information is useful to finding out what is wrong.

Ok..quite a bit of stuff in there.

Go through your Programs & Features list and uninstall any of the following:
ANY toolbars (Google, Ask, AVG, McAfee, etc.)
ANY coupon programs installed
Optimizer Pro
SweetIM (looks like it may be a toolbar?)

Right now, delete this entry:

Delete the entry above, uninstall the programs I listed, reboot, and then re-run MBAM. Post the log here. If it finds anything else - delete it. Then run HJT again and post the log again.
