Issue with games

Ok im on my friends dell (hes an idiot pos) and it was getting an error about a file called d3d9.dll while trying to start a game called rose online. I decided to look to see if i could download the file becasue thsi happened once with another game on my dads pc trying to play bf2. Anyway i dl it and put it in the windows folder. It nows says theres a new error with with a file called ddraw.dll under an error called ddentry10. Whats the wrong here. The only thing i can see is dell screwed up the windos install or something.

First I would do a re-install of this game. Then If that doesn't work you can run a repair install of your OS.

It has to do with direct3d

yeah um hes reinstalled like 6 times lol. And dl that file into windows folder didnt work so..... still dont know
