I installed Internet Speed Booster and now i cannot connect to any networks on any IRC client. i tried different networks and IRC clients such as Xchat and Hydra IRC. I'm using WinME. My Webbrowser and FTP programs work fine.
Do IRC clients and Internet boosters interfere with each other?
