Invalid Password After Workroup Change (Win2kPro)

After simply changing my workgroup and rebooting, I cannot get back into the machine. My login/pw don't work for the Win2k login screen. Are there any solutions easier then formatting to fix this issue? This computer is used mostly as a slave so there is no real data to lose.
