Internet Explorer - Fullscreen Video Issue.

A computer that I work on for a church was recently re-imaged by another Tech. I have no clue how they set it up but whenever the church attempts to view Youtube videos in fullscreen some of the videos play in fullscreen correctly; however, the majority of them show the IE bar on the top. How do you get it to were the bar goes away in fullscreen and only the video is seen?

Think I tried that two weeks ago when the issue started to occur. Will give it a shot this Wed when I am at the location. Will let you know if it works. If I don't then you can automatically assume it did work and in that case, Thanks in advance!
