Default Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 Full Download?

Yes I need a setup file for Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1
that isn't ~800k and forces you to download a bunch of things withen the setup. I need to fix my grandpa's IE, which currently has no internet connection. Are there any setup files for Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 that are what the full install should be? (I'm guessing 75mb).

i would've suggested it but some other things in windows do require IE to work, but thats not to the extent of everything.
