At my office one of the biggest headaches is transferring the IE Favorites from an old computer to a new computer. How is this accomplished? Does IE keep all of the favorites in one place so I can copy over one folder or do I need to do multiple steps?

File>Export

Just use that. Then you can save them. They should be in a bookmrk.htm format. Which you can use in IE again to import them. If you dont have the File commands at the top just go Alt+F to bring them up.
