Internet "Edge" browswer

Hello. I have a pdf file I am reading. But the top 'tool' bar keeps appearing then
disappearing.

Anyway I can keep myself from being distracted by it? And or keep that from happening?

Hello. How does someone check that issue? If I could do that..I could fix the problem. Right now the 'bottom' bar wants to remain there..I'd like to have that removed also.
Also, my mouse seems to be too sensitive..when I bring up the browser search bar..it wants to stay there and interfere with further work on the page. How do you fix that?
