Internal License Transfers of MSOffice

Hi, Ok... The EULA of Access 2003 states that licenses may be transferred from one computer to another so long as you remove the program from the old computer completely. Is that It? Just uninstalling from my old Computer will free up the license? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

its trying to tell you that you can only install one copy per license.

if you uninstall the program, you can legally install it on another pc.
