Hello, just wondering would this pc be quick if i bought it?

Is it dual core? as it sais 2.8GHz would that be its running speed or would it be more 2.8GHz x2?

A custom-built PC would be better.

That PC would be OK for basic photo editing, office, internet gaming.

If you want to do light or heavy gaming, you'll need a video card, and a better PC. Pentium's are only good for internet surfing now, unfortunately
