"The Instance Name Specified Is Invalid" while trying to install MSDE 2000 (SQL)

When installing, first I received an error saying I needed an SA Password. So I went to the command prompt and enabled a SA PWD ("setup.exe" SAPWD="*******" and hit run. So now I get by that, and it says "The instance name specified is invalid".

Now what???
