Default Installing XP

hey guys..

wondering if you can help me find the sata drivers for a Asus Basswood motherboard....i cannot find them anywhere !

i need to reinstall windows xp but to do this i need the sata drivers right?

should be a setting in your bios that sets the hard drive to ide mode, no performance loss, just easier to install windows.

typically you only need that in certain situations...
mostly you don't, at least I never do or have yet. Have you checked the asus site?

If you need drivers for your Mobo they will *definately* be on the manufacturers website - Take a good look.
