Installing Windows 98

Changed a new hard disk for my old notebook computer and need to reinstall Windows 98.

Only got the Windows 98 on CD but doesn't have a CD rom for my notebook computer. What files should I copy to the floppy disk for the installation, other than the start-up disk? Or can I use my CF card (with a PCMCIA adapter)?

Buy a laptop to desktop HDD converter. they are like $12. Then copy the i386 files to the drive. once complete go into does and navigate to that directory. type setup32, or setup16, or setup. I cant remember which one.
