Installing Windows 7 From An Upgrade Kit: Specific Question

So I have these four files here. What I want to do is do a clean install of Windows 7 using the upgrade kit and was wondering whether I could do this through the desktop setup or I have to boot the OS on a USB or disc to reformat.

If the later, what do I have to make into an .ISO image?

you need to run the exe on a current windows installation.

Step 4: Navigate to the location where you saved the small file, open it, select the location you would like the Windows 7 files downloaded to and begin the download of Windows 7

Step 5: When the download of the Windows 7 files are complete, start the installation of Windows 7 by clicking on the file that has the extension ‘.exe.'
