Hello,
I just purchased a new Lenovo PC with an i5 intel processor, 8 gb of ram and Windows 7 is installed on the machine. The machine runs very glitchy which is extremely odd due to the amount processing power that this computer should have.
With the PC I was given Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 drivers install dvds. I figured that installing the Win 8.1 drivers would solve this issue. I inserted the disk into the dvd drive with the computer running and started the automatic install. I left the computer and it shut down to go into hibernation about 15 minutes into the install and now I can not finish the install. Everything I do results in a failure to install the drivers.
Has anyone done this procedure or has had something like this before? Let me know if there is something that I can do.
Thank you
