Installing Programs on External Hard Disk

Hi,
I have a external storage hard disk that can be connected to any computer using the USB. I'm trying to install Adobe Photoshop 7 on the hard disk so that I can have the program work on any computer connected to it without having to install the Photoshop on every computer I use. But when I did that and tried to open Adobe Photoshop on another computer, I got this error message :

"Could not complete your request because of missing or invalid personalization information"

Can anyone help me to fix that problem?

You would have to install it on each computer that you want to use it becuase the program needs to create the registries for it.
