Installing Office upgrade without previous version...

I lost my office 98 and only have office xp upgrade version. Anyway around needing a previous version to install office xp?

Microsoft Office XP upgrade should work properly as long as you have a legit CD key.

It asks for a previous version of office which I do not have anymore. Hence "UPGRADE". I do have the proper key. Any way around this?

There is, but it isn't legal so you'll have to find that out yourself.
