Installing Naturally Speaking Ver 10

Neforum Question...

I am running Windows Vista. When I am installing a program Dragon Natural Speaking Version 10. I insert disc and then it starts installing and states.

"The windows Installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance."

I do not know what to do in order to get this program working properly.

What version of Vista? As it's not 64bit compatible.

Also check around. There are many comparisons that say that the built in Vista voice recognition is on par with that of Dragon Naturally Speaking.
