Default Installing Japanese Font in English Vista

How can i install Japanese font in Windows Vista Ultimate English Version??

It should be a Ultimate Extra. Just go thru the extras and install it. Either that or just download the font to the C:\Windows Font folder.

Thanks for the Link.
But in my case at "Add Input Language" dialog box , there is only Japanese Language available and no Microsoft IME avaliable and when i select Japanese and click OK and apply it , there is no Language Bar available for me , although in Language bar options Show Language Bar is selected.

Any Suggestions???
