it didn't work out

I have a win98 bootdisk but still it cannot enter the dos mode. No System Files after initialization. My laptop is NEC i don't know where in Japan it was manufactured. The model is PC9821NW133D14D.

how did you format the nec to start with? i went to the nec site and they don't list any laptops. i told them the problem in support. waiting to hear from them. we've got to get into bios. i just got a e-mail from them. it says they will respond soon. try hitting del or f2/f10/f1 on boot

I've Tried

I've tried to hit F1 - F10, Del and other CMOS access that I can think of but nothing helps me. I think that model is from Japan not in the United States or Other country. I tried to search for the laptop model in the internet but the characters are in Japanese and I can't understand it.
