Okay! So I found the solution. Weird characters in my username had some problem and because I had administaror name as my username. So I made a new user account, and installation went smooth. Now, I want to change my Username to something else(default account), but that does not show up in the directory. i.e. I changed my name to something and it would show in adress bar of explorer but not when I go to cmd. The old username with weird character is still there. Is there any way to change that? or why is that not getting replaced by the new username?
