Default Info?

I am thinking of adding a slave ,30GB Quantum,Fireball, to an emachine W2888. This is above anything I have done before. Would someone mind giving me some advice or advise me on where to find a 'how to,' for this operation?

Open case, make sure you have an IDE cable that will allow 2 drives, make your first harddrive master setting the jumper usually all the way to the left of the drive which is the first 2 pins, on the second drive, set the jumper to slave on the second set of pins, hook the IDE cables on, reboot, then format it within windows.

Yeah. It was simple, just plugged and played. Moving the jumpers was the most intensive part of it all. Started back up no problems.
How does one go about adding USB ports?
