Post Ineternet Connection Sharing

hey i have this problem and i need ur help to solve it
the story is that i have two phone lines and two modems connected to my computer
i use the first modem to connect to the internet and i want to use the second to establish a dial up server so when a friend will call me he will be logged to the sever and he ll be able to use my internet connection on the first modem to connect to the internet on his own computer
so i tried to set up the internet connection sharing on windows 98 second edition but it didn't work coz it doesn't support internet connection sahring on dial up adapter ( modem )
so i need ur help guys to c what i can do and how i can solve this prob

and for more info my system is windows 98 second editon (arabic enabled ) if it matters
