Importing to Outlook

I have just Imported my Mail Account from Eudora to Outlook 2003 via Outlook Express
Everything seems to have come across ok
I am wondering where the Emails & Addresses etc are Stored in Outlook, I've just done search for "*.pst" but nothing was found
Do i need to create a pst folder or file
