Default I'm new at computers and have a few ?s

how do i find out my
CPU
VGA Card
Power Supply/Volts
Other Peripherals
im being asked in support email from soyo bcause i ask them to help me with doing a flash which i learned that when my uncle gave me this computer so i would learn he had one put in but when he was fixing it removed everything and got it working but now i have problems and hes not here to help lol i dont have a floppy drive to put in the flash for bios and im asking soyo can i still do it thank you for reading hope you can help
