Illegal system dll relocation

I've been getting this for a long time now.. It's starting to get in my way of running .bat and .exe files. Google didn't help me at all.

yea i just dled it but the problem with the dll has been here for a while =/

Does event viewer give any clues to the error? What is being logged in event viewer when this error comes up?

No clue what you said. Never touched any unknown program i dont know how to use.

Event viewer just logs system events and errors. You cannot hurt anything by looking at it. Start / Run / eventvwr. Create the error and go see what event viewer has to say about it.
