it been a long time sence i have used this program, encarta, encyclopedia 99 . so i went to start, programs, clicked on it , said insert the cd, so i did and then i get illegal operation. it says enc99 caused an invalid page fault in module DIRAPI.DLL at 017f:7dc34df2. is there a way that i can fix this ? i have rebooted and no go. can i uninstall encarta and reinsall it? will that solve the problem.
