IIS Questions

Hey,

I'm looking to run a webserver off my PC at home. I have a few questions regarding this.

Basically, I'm trying to save $$ on electricity. First of all, would anyone know how much $$ it would cost (on average) to keep a PC running 24/7 (per month). Assuming my monitor is off and I have a 480W PSU.

So, if my webserver is up and running, will people still be able to access my website if:

1) the PC is in hibernate
2) the PC is in standby
3) hard disks are powered off

the pc doesnt use much at all. Im not sure the exact power it uses but you wouldnt be able to notice a difference if you kept it running one month and not the next month
