If I reinstall XP will I lose my wireless lan network and internet

When you finally get it installed, you will still need to go to the laptop manufacturer's web site and download the drivers for that model. If you don't install the drivers, XP won't be able to use the wireless adapter, so it won't work. It's good that you already know the WEP passkey. After you install the driver for your motherboard/wireless adapter, you should be able to see your wireless network. You'll be able to connect to it, enter the passkey, and be done with it.

You don't need drivers for the router, just the wireless adapter in your laptop.
