IE7 Warningiepage.com Help

This isnt for me but im trying to help a friend with his computer. I dont know too much about what is going on because I dont use IE7 but instead of his comcast homepage coming up this stupid ie warning page keeps coming up saying that his system in vulnerable to computer attacks and it seems like there just trying to get him to buy software, anybody know how to remove this?

it sounds like the computer is infected with spyware and or virus's. go through this guide and it should fix your problems.
