IE7 New Tab Opening

Wow, there are a ton (over 70)...should I just start turning them off one by one to check to see what happens...or is there a certain one I need to look for?

I would turn them all off and then start adding the ones back that i know i want. I have only about 10 IE Add Ins myself. So you have a over abundance.
