IE7 ON CRAZY TIMES! Oh bugger!

I was creating a simple form with the attribute of sending the results to a e-mail using the function mailto:. When I tried it with IE 7 and pussed the submit button, 35 windows poped up with "mailto:<<myemail>>" as url.
With other browser it works fine. I was just wandering; what happened to IE? Is microsoft doing something to solve all these bugs?

I can spot it in the distance, Bug Era is on the way! Microsoft broaden and amplify your programing aptitude not to leave this happen.

Simple html code (HTML 4.01 type) using forms. I didn't even use JavaScript to check if the form is completed or if all the elements are typed in the correct type. So i don't know why this occured.
