I don't know what my co-worker did I guess she was doin some windows updates and she was told not to do the windows live update and canceled her updates and did a restart and it jus hung in the XP screen with the loading bar, when finally she was able to get back in, when you hit the start button and the internet icon in the start menu is gone and when she goes to windows update in the *start menu or in the internet explorer internet options for updates it says (The requested lookup key was not found in any active activation context)
