ie4 download

does anyone know where i can find an ie4 download? i tried microsoft and some other places and i can't find it, i know microsoft doesn't support it anymore, but i know i found on the net a few months ago. if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it, i've got to re-do some machines and i can't go any further without it. thanks.
