Default IE Random Closes

I have a VERY annoying problem, I will be browsing the net and then out of no where IE will close when i go to a cetain site (ex. tvguide.com) i reopen IE and i still cant go to the site where it closed last time. If anyboby knows anything about this topic please POST!

Turn off your popup blocker or reconfigure it. The one I use wont load certain sites unless I let it because it sees it as a popup

Maybe spyware or a virus.It might be something to do with ur pop-up blocker like Iam_7154 said.

I've used em all, IE6, firefox and opera - all crash (ff the worst).
I'm using winXPsp2 with Norton AV&IS, AVG, AdawareSE and Spybot and others etc.
PC also, occasionally reboots during running Adaware.
I'm at the point of re-installing XP after 2 months as it is so unstable!!
Would be grateful for any recommendations?
