IE crashing

I have windows XP and IE 6.0 crashes everytime i go to one particular site. i click on a link and the new window that i want comes up to load then i get the error and it just says send report or dont send. tried running program for spyware didnt work. i uninstalled an update for IE in the control panel didnt work. I cant repair IE in XP like in 98 and 2000. any ideas. thanks

The next time the error report pops up, click where it says "click here to see the contents of the error report".
in the error report look for "modname". what is it? it will be a dll file. post it.
