IE 6 Connection Problems

Has anyone noticed problems with IE 6 SP1 where websites tend to timeout occassionally? I am trying to find a solution to this or a reason why IE times out ONLY with SP1. I have removed SP1 and it works o.k., but with SP1, it times out every now and then. Thanks.

When did SP1 come out?

I know that since MS lost that lawsuit in Chicago (my kind of town, Chicago is) they are forces to change some code in IE. They might have started that already with SP1 but I"m not sure.

If that is the case, it's not your fault and there's nothing you can do but get a real browser (Opera, Mozilla)

I have seen this problem in the corporate environment - If you are using Websweeper you may experience this problem.
