Icons are stuck

All right I have this stupid problem on my computer that was most probably been caused by spyware or adware or whatever. Anyways I leave the computer for like a few minutes and when i come back ....within a matter of ....10 minutes...I see a bunch of icons on my computer that werent their before...most of them of the gambling origin...The icons are poker...bingo and all that stuff...anyways i tried to move them to the recycle bin because its annoying and they are stuck they wont move and when you click on them nothing happens how do i get these pieces of unwanted parc (please put this facing mirror to decode backwords word) wihout using system restore.
