Icons missing

I also installed Opera, Firefox, Hamachi, Winrar, Avast Free, and Foxit on the first day. Other software I installed after the icons disappeared. Just a note, I restored the icons of Steam and Windows Live apps by doing a simple repair of the installation, but the Office installer keeps encountering errors, I'll try again now to make sure.

Not totally sure then , my guess is still the OS, since that's the main setup but I can be wrong.
