I am writing this for a friend:
On her computer, when you double-click the icon to bring up her internet dialer (yes, she is still on dial-up), nothing happens. After about clicking it 10-12 times it finally works. We are talking about the internet connection you setup in windows.
If you hit ctrl-alt-del and bring up the task list, the program is listed as many times as you clicked it.
So, the program is trying to open but gets stopped at somepoint...
Anyone have any ideas????
