I need some help answer my questions...

I tried to use Gparted to format my HDs in Window. I could only see some folders.

Would you think it's necessary to format my HDs again with Gparted since I only did a quick format during Window's Installation.

I'm afraid there are some worms/virus still remain on the drive. Maybe I just worry too much. ?

You can't use GParted from within Windows. It is a Linux based utility and does not work from within Windows. It is a LiveCD that you boot with.
