what you need to do is copy all the files from the cd to your hard drive and then place proplus.msi in with those files next to the setup.exe and it should run

Sorry it took me so long to reply. Having problems with my email program, too. Anyway, if I had the CD that would solve the problem. The software came pre-installed, so I don't have the CD.

try burning that file to cd, then run it

It came from Office XP

I just put another a new proplus.msi file in their, someone deleted the last one.
