i need help finding three files, IO.sys, scandisk.exe, command.com

I'm not sure i'm at the right section, but...
I can't find three files, command.com, IO.sys, and scandisk.exe
I need those programs to use Ranish to put it in my boot disk, but i can't find them. they told me to look in c:/windows/command/ folder but it's not there. I looked in c:/windows/system32 but i only found cmd. can you tell me where to look? or if there's another way to make Ranish work..?

Depending on your operating system will decide if you even have any of these.

You seem to be running Windows 9x finding or making a simple boot disk should solve your problem.
